Remember a warrior has spec moves to finish with if he can lag you long enough, and there's a possibility for Sanc to drop.

A healer pretty much removes all risk to you. You may like that you aren't at any risk, and you may like calling in the gank to remove his chance of escape.
However, in terms of total fun for all parties involved it's not a good situation.
