It was 13 hours later and so it posted on my pbf as a mob kill so it seems reasonable to assume killing NPC's of similar name or type to the one who triggered your SotB heal can cause the interaction. Personally, I think this is absolutely a bug but the imps are not addressing it. So my advice is do not kill a damn thing while you are under SotB after receiving a heal until the buff wears off. Part of the frustration of a dwarf paladin was the massive down time, this was just another factor to it.
