You are geared for damage. As a dagger spec with low hp I'd gear a bit more for hp.

Why? So that you can land more maladictions to turn the fight. Also bleeding damage doesn't depend on damroll. Nor does hamstrings impact on moves.

Also you can live to move in and out of combat so as to heal.
