I wouldn't site ban him. That would be too easy because he could just reroll under another proxy. But I would make his char so horribly handicapped it would be nearly impossible for him to play. Jack his AC down to 200 across the board. Perm -20 hit/dam. All mobs perm aggro. I would even charprog him to sanc and heal his opponents during PK.

Fuck people like this. Griefers can suck it.
