I'm betting it's hold is either a significant lag or a couple of tick cooldown...so I'd slap a blindfold on for the initiation than flee and remove it after he tried. (Caveat I have no idea about anything regarding this form.) (n/t)

No. The complaint was the form absolutely sucked regen/dam redux wise for being defense form. It was always 0-4 ticks of hold person since it came out. I was one of the initial complainers. n/t
