I keep meaning to try a wood-elf Outlander with Striking and Hour Past Midnight, with those things. You can usually use scrolls to cancel out negative enchantments, so they'll end up +15 hit, then strengthen for 19/4. And they're wood, obviously, for wood-elf edges on top of Hour Past and Striking melee. Might be neat. But it'll be pretty ugly losing something you had to spend 30 minutes gathering enchant scrolls for any time you die and get confiscated.
