A 42 necro vs a 51 conjurer is not in a good spot. Full ABS/protection/stone skin/resist positive will go be you a few rounds. If you can sleep the conjurer a full army can kill the angel then elemental and you can try and kill off the conjurer.

A lich can become immune angel and a mummy has a lot more hp than a specter so they have more gap to swing the situation.
