Once perfected stab is good damage, and has a higher damage multiplier than artery. If hitting a vuln, I'd regularly land a **DEMO**/**DEVA** in the mid 20's with a twist for a dismember/massacre.
Both twist, and stab are easy to perfect on a dark-elf. Generally, I'd use it as a kill sealer if my opponent was gushing/etc.
