A hero imm doesn't have access to basically any investigation tools including snoop. Writing a note to the cabal and its full Imms is how to get them/mortal leadership to look into it.


That being said most outlander roles generally don't care abput being wanted. If you see shady shit it might be more appropriate to frame your notice as mocking them(like you did with the final tell but not really the rest).
