FWIW, you're not a customer. The IMM is not customer support. Though your point may be valid, it's a game. You did not pay to play this game. Don't cause drama for the sake of drama. If you come off snarky, expect a snarky response.

EDIT: I shall now give you the benefit of the doubt and suppose you really were wondering about this. Hint, no one fucking does. The only time this should be an issue is when a player chooses a name that can be abused. i.e. Guais and his Guards. But let us say you do care. Then I think you should ask in an appropriate manner or on the forums. It'll go a long way if you want an actual response.
