You want to be able to reduce. -> no battle, hard outlander unless you really are good at farming them

Neutral align -> no fort/empire/scarab

No magic-> no entropy

So you can go trib or herald. Though neither are really my cup of tea. Or outlander without the ability to buy reduce potions in bulk.

Basically the builds that include a cabal that can use it well have few opportunities to actually do so.

And for some reason uncabaled active pkers have a tendency to be turned evil.
