** Was a night nice fight. I have a lot of respect for Drissa's pk ability and taking her heartseekers and bracers away a good thing to stop her from being a total badass.
*** Now the conspiracy
*** 6 days ago I emailed the imms about a possible OOC link between Dhuzir and Drissa with conspiracy.
*** I have not had a response, further fueling my belief of something dodgy going on.
*** Given the possibility I was wrong and Dhuzir is just an awful player instead, I did not take any IC steps.
*** I remained the most loyal member of empire. I gave Dhuzir 100% innocence until proven guilty (if that at all is possible).
*** Presumably if Dhuzir really thought I was planning to overthrow his seat, he may have wondered why I so easily passed him the bracers when asked, with no hesitation.
*** When I told Dhuzir about how Vevich and I killed Drissa, his interaction was unusual. Consistent with don't brag about killing my friend etc.
*** In the broader picture, this is what is wrong with the anathema process. If your character can be ruined by another mortal for absolutely zero IC reason.
*** I have no incentive to keep this all IC. I literally have nothing to lose at this point.
*** So my belief is that Dhuzir either anathema me for revenge on Drissa or worse because I sent the email and he found out somehow.
*** So anyway, the email I sent the imms 6 days ago.
Dear Imm Staff,
I just want to bring you guys the attention of a possible OOC link between the leaders of Fort (Drissa) and Empire (Dhuzir). I could obviously be wrong here but thought it was worth mentioning just in case I am right. Please read to the end as the final point is the most persuasive, while earlier points just building the case.
1) Some time ago Dhuzir managed to acquire Drissa’s heartseekers. I am not sure of the specifics but some imm was critical of Dhuzir holding them. In any event, Drissa had those daggers the next day.
2) Dhuzir was part of the gank that killed Drissa the first time.

However, I do not accept this as proof that Dhuzir wanted Drissa dead, without that disembowel, Drissa would not have died there.
3) On multiple occasions there have been fights between Fort (Drissa) and Empire and Dhuzir would often recall out leaving other empire to die, it seemed Dhuzir recalled early at times and would have opportunities to call retreat. This is a weak argument by itself of course.
4) Drissa’s revenge kill

At first thought, given Dhuzir looted the bracers from Zaric, it seems like no ooc connection, but what if he is worried about an obvious OOC connection being revealed. The best way to avoid that link would be if he died too. Dhuzir’s death seems inconsistent with what I have seen from him, he always carries teleport potions, there was no need to keep recalling and die so pathetically. The only thing that spoiled it for them was that Drissa misspelt strange bracers. Since Drissa sneaks, Dhuzir would not have known Drissa failed to loot it.
5) Drissa’s 2nd death is interesting.

Dhuzir calls forth the demons of Hell upon Drissa!
Dhuzir's torments MANGLES Drissa!
Drissa has fled!
An Imperial Centurion blocks Drissa's path with quiet menace!
Drissa is writhing in agony.
At this point Dhuzir would know Drissa was at high risk of dying, she needs to get lucky flee off the centurions, with 4 or 5 people hitting her. After another round, including Drissa getting obliterated by someone else. Drissa is now convulsing, only 1 hit from death and still on centurions.
Dhuzir narrows his eyes and glares in Drissa's direction.

And Dhuzir switches to some malediction, instead of another demonfire (demonfire would have got him the killing blow).
The first item Dhuzir loots from the corpse of Drissa is this anti-evil belt.
Dhuzir gets a belt of ethereal tendrils from the corpse of Drissa.
Despite the corpse containing some other nice things, evils can use.
6) Dhuzir took the IC position of holding Drissa’s items so that she could not get them back. Even though I offered to hold some of them, which was rejected. Other options included giving the good align stuff to another non-fort good align, if there is one thing you can rely on is greed, there would be good aligns that would not give them to Drissa. What happened was Dhuzir sacrificed himself at the watcher.

Drissa got back the strange bracers, the tendril belt, the hummingbird pendant, heartseekers and more. Interestingly Dhuzir seems to have got back all his stuff, include phylact of free movement, which is a pretty nice item to loot.
I think it would be worth checking the IP off these players and see if there is any history. If there is not, I apologize for wasting your time.
