I have also used that with every druid I had.

Also located vomit with my muters after disruption caused nausea.

The Lilith thing was far stronger. It could find you in civilised underground areas where you'd killed nothing. I suspect maybe there had to be a wilderness room in the area but the area could be mainly civilised.
