The Hall of War 
  This chamber seems to stand somewhat out of place.  It is a rather elegant
room with dark wood trim and alternating red and black marble tiling on the
floor.  A circular table dominates the center of the room.  Maps of Thera
cover the table.  Icons representing Citizens and Centurions are placed at
strategic points.  A report on the fortifications of Galadon and Seantryn 
Modan holds down the corner of one of the maps.  The guildhall continues to
the south.  The entrance to the guild lies to the west.
