Within the Dark Forest 
  The evergreens here seem to rise higher and lean over the pathway
more than they do in other parts of the Forest of Prosimy.  The
overhanging tree canopy is extremely thick, allowing no light in, and
even light within the forest seems to penetrate no more than inches of
the thick, inky darkness which surrounds you.  The forest here is
extremely quiet, devoid of the sounds of wildlife and birds which
permeate the majority of the wilderness.  The forest seems to continue
in all directions, but you find you cannot judge it well.

A single, huge tree rises above its peers here, wreathed in a ramp
of living thorns.

The Circle of Thorns 
  You are walking on a narrow ledge that protectively encircles the Tree of
Ages.  The ledge is hewn into the great tree itself, and from the edge,
massive thorns have erupted, forming an impassable barrier around the
tree against anyone who would try to arrive here save up the main entrance.
The ledge has thus become known as the Circle of Thorns, the way by which
the associate enclosures of the Outlander Refuge may be safely reached.
The Circle of Thorns rounds the Tree of Ages to the west and east. To
the north, you may enter the sacrosanct hollow of the Tree of Ages itself,
while to the south an organic wooden ramp formed of the tree begins to
slope downwards towards the ground.

Within the Tree of Ages 
  You are standing within an enormous hollow of the magnificent Tree of
Ages.  Here, the massive tree opens up so broadly it appears as a massive
cave, save made of gnarled wood instead of stone. This is the last
remaining life from the Age of Thar'Eris, the ancient time of Thera
prior to the rise of civilization. Preserved by ancient gods and forces
of nature, the tree has opened its heart once again to offer refuge
to mortal servants that will return her again to her days of glory.
In the center of the tree a massive totem has been formed of the wood
itself, which shimmers with the essence of the Primeval Spirit.

On the north end of the hollow, you also see a huge piece of curled
bark affixed with the tree's golden sap. On it is a decree of commandments
scrawled in an ancient script.
