The Tribunal Courtyard 
  You are standing in a brick walled courtyard.  The massive shadow of the
Spire rises up immediately to the east, while a path leads west toward
Galadon.  Benches line the walls all the way around the courtyard at regular
intervals, but the plaza is dominated by a huge stone pedestal in the middle.
Several torches are mounted around the pedestal, bathing a massive metal 
statue mounted upon it in flickering torch light.  It appears to be a woman 
in flowing robes, her head tilted up toward the sky and a blindfold covering
her eyes.  In one hand she holds a sword, in the other a simple scale.  The 
torch light dances and flickers along the metal surface, making the statue
almost look alive.

the High Road of Galadon is pristine.  Towering over the city in the east is
the Spire of the Blood Tribunal, guards coming and going from its courtyard
as their shifts begin and end.  The street continues further north towards the
park and south to the Market Square.  The calls for donations to help the poor
sound from the west, where the guild of Paladins has been established.  There
are volunteers constantly moving about, tending to the needs of the sick and
downtrodden that have huddled within awaiting charity.

High Road 
  There is a lot of foot traffic from the citizens of Galadon along this point
of the High Road with the hard-packed dirt of the Market Square opening to the
south.  At the east edge of the street the entrance of Wilhelm's Wondrous 
Where's can be seen, the heavy scent of aged parchment and ink rolling from 
within.  The entrance of the Garden Bounty sits to the west while the pristine
blocks of white stone lead further north toward the city park.  At the edge of
the street there are large brass posts with lanterns hung from them to keep 
Galadon lit at all hours.

  Stretching out in the cardinal directions from this large opening of trampled
dirt are the High and Trade Roads.  Laid out across the outer edge of the
square are booths with many cheap goods from the assorted races of Thera.  It
seems as if the lesser craftsmen of the hubs of a race come to Galadon in an
attempt to peddle their wares to less knowledgeable and wealthier folk.
Closer to the center of the square, you can see small huddles of beggars and
drunkards who attempt and leverage any piece of copper or charity they can
from the masses.

The buildings around you roar with the fury of several wildly blazing fires!

Trade Road 
  The gray stones are varied in size and shape, but fit together perfectly to 
form a smooth road across the city.  There is a small transitional section at
the western edge, where the blocks are replaced by hard dirt as the path leads
into the Market Square.  The powerful smell of soot and the clangs of hammer
against metal rise from the south while a small fruit stand can be seen along
the northern edge of the road.  There is a high concentration of people this
close to the square and they seem to disperse in the east as the road nears 
the gate.

featuring a beautiful suit of armor on a display dummy and another bearing
a suit of fine-linked chainmail.  These displays have been polished and
shined, obviously in an attempt to draw business from the streets outside.
A dark gray and white canopy is set over the window.  In the back corner 
of the shop, a cast iron spiral staircase leads up to an alcove above the
shop.  A cord has been fastened over the entrance of it; obviously it isn't
a part of the shop.  A sign has been hung up over the selling counter.

A Sooty Alcove 
  This alcove is a rather nice, if dirty, little home for the armorer and his 
apprentices.  There are three beds against the south wall, each one covered 
with gray blankets and black sheets.  A window takes up most of the north 
wall, and though the glass is stained by soot that traveled up from the forge 
below, you can still see a bit of the bustling activity on the Trade Road 
below.  The wood walls and floor are stained by soot, and you can see heavy 
booted soot tracks coming from the stairs to the spot where the armorer 
obviously stores his boots for the night.  A wood butcher block table is set 
against the west wall, and on it you see a delicate set of jeweler's tools and
a spindle of fine silver wire.  The quality is cheap; it seems to be for a 
hobby more than a profession.
