Aboard 'The Kraken's Caress'
  The Kraken's Caress is a harsh, spartan missionary long ship.  No cabin for
the crew rests on her deck; instead stone beds are arranged at the aft of
the deck for the missionaries to sleep on, day or night, rain or shine.
Rows of stone prayer benches line the aft of the deck, and behind them is
a simple steering wheel.  One mast rises above the ship, sporting a heavy
black sail.  No look-out nest is atop the mast of this ship; these
missionaries feel the gods will keep them safe if they deem them worthy.
They travel from port to port, spreading the words of the gods, preaching
penance and worship, and bringing more missionaries on as they wish to
serve the Word.

A hard half-drow wearing black leathers stands behind the wheel.

The Edge of the Seaport Dock
  On the edge of the docks the sharp scent of the sea surrounds you.  The
dock is made of a solid wood and reinforced with iron bolts and strips.
Ropes and rudders are set up at intervals to allow the boats and ships to
dock as they come and go.  Ships come and go frequently here at all hours
of the night and there never seems to be a quiet moment as sailors,
merchants, townsfolk and workers move up and down this dock keeping the
flow of business moving.  Business here is quieter, though, darker and a
bit more mysterious.  Most of the ships docked here are without markings
and it is difficult to tell what this dock is reserved for.

     A bundle of wooden planks has been lashed together into a raft.
An ogre, looking like a mountain of muscle, stands about awaiting orders.
A muscular human guards the merchants.
Having swayed several sailors to its dark mission, the 'Kraken's Caress' sets sail to spread the
word to new places.
