A Moist Fissure 
  A narrow rock ledge along the side of the tunnel offers a momentary respite
for those climbing or descending.  The jagged walls are cold to the touch now,
and below, the walls appear dramatically smoother and slightly wet.  The sound
of dripping water echoes faintly from somewhere deeper in the cavern.  Only a
small slice of sky is visible above.  A slight breeze trickles in from below.
A steep, crude staircase descends to the floor of the cavern, which appears
to open up below and to the west.  A dirty bucket on the floor lies on its
side.  A strange message is carved into its bottom.
