Kira tells you 'very disappointed in myself, didn't even use wands.'
Kira tells you 'Kithervroy, you are fierce. I'll go to my grave knowing I always have underestimated you and been proven wrong every time'
You tell Kira 'There is nothing to add'
Kira tells you 'Well fought'
Kira tells you 'I doubt I can convince you to give me the knout, but let me know if an agreement can be reached.'
You tell Kira 'I'm going to use it in our Ritual'
Kira tells you 'Its not like I wasn't setting any records in the accumulation of souls before old age hit, but was trudging away.'
Kira tells you 'Very well, Might be interesting.'
Kira tells you 'Though the helm from the shadowplane was already steep payment'
Kira tells you 'And surely a treasure among the scion'
Kira tells you 'You could always kill me again when it's even stronger, would that hold any advantages for your ritual?'
You tell Kira 'Nice try heh'
Kira tells you '*laugh* It was an attempt at least.'
Kira tells you 'It only took me five centuries. What's another five.'
You tell Kira 'I can return the weapon'
You tell Kira 'You know the price ?'
Kira tells you 'I could offer to not poke in your fights anymore, though I think you enjoy our fights.'
You tell Kira 'Nah, wrong one'
Kira tells you 'What do you desire?'
You tell Kira 'Be a pledge of the Chasm'
Kira tells you 'It's something Narsa and I talked about often, and not out of the question, but I wish to gain more power first. My work with the spire is not yet done.'
You tell Kira 'As you wish'
Kira tells you 'Consider I have five centuries left.'
Kira tells you 'That is a lot of time still depending on my journey. A newly installed provost is worth more.'
Kira tells you 'Even to scion'
You tell Kira 'What about Chancellor ?'
You tell Kira 'You can do anything with the Spire as Scion'
Kira tells you 'Here is a promise I can make to you. If you return the weapon to me, my life won't end as a spireling, it will end as one among the scion. This oath I can give to you, but I must accomplish some tasks along that path.'
Kira tells you 'Words are cheap, but I am sincere, and there is more to gain in that promise.'
Kira tells you 'The spire is my staging ground as I grow in power. I do seek demigod, and that can only come through the scion in time.'
Kira tells you 'Similar to the one who opened up the chasm again. But I will not retreat once I am among the chasm when the time comes.'
You tell Kira 'Even I know you don't lie a lot I think you're tricky now'
Kira tells you 'I'm not, let me put it this way.'
You tell Kira 'I've named the price'
You tell Kira 'Your choice'
Kira tells you 'The scion makes sense in my xenith, but Lady Nalasul and I do not agree it is the time.'
You tell Kira 'Lady is tricky as hell, you know'
Kira tells you 'She has given me tasks to accomplish in the spire first.'
Kira tells you 'Consider my offer, it's sincere, there is much to gain.'
Kira tells you 'And though you didn't ask for it, I also will stop barging in on your fights with others and the imperials. If you wish to fight, it will be when you wish to.'
You tell Kira 'Your offer does not give advantages at the moment, only you get them'
Kira tells you 'This is where those bastard paladins have it easier when being sincere.'
You tell Kira 'I need a dark knight in Chasm, I can grow and nurture one and give him your weapon'
Kira tells you 'You have great strength. You've killed me twice. You can kill me again.'
You tell Kira 'Do you think I need it ? I've killed you twice when you attacked me'
Kira tells you 'I cannot, only because while I do seek the power within the chasm, I cannot take the wrath of Lady Nalasul AND Ishuli before my tasks in the spire are complete.'
You tell Kira 'That was your choice'
You tell Kira 'But you'll please Blind Lord'
Kira tells you 'The timing of your request if frustrating. Had it been a century later after Nalasul's tasks were complete, I could have the protection of my Patron and accept scion's power.'
Kira tells you 'Would you be interested in a ruse?'
Kira tells you 'I fear you are trapped now to destroy my weapon. The mummy said he does not share in your weakness, and if I don't pledge, he will destroy the weapon.'
Kira tells you 'Did you in fact give it to him? is that true?'
You tell Kira 'Yes, it has it'
Kira tells you 'If you can find a way to get my weapon back without showing weakness to the mummy, I will pledge before you and Morius to join the chasm at a set century of my birth.'
Kira tells you 'Ahh curses, that was my most sincere offer.'
You tell Kira 'You can pledge right now'
Kira tells you 'It's actually impossible.'
You tell Kira 'Kira And you'll get your weapon back'
Kira tells you 'One cannot even pledge to another cabal without immortals help once belonging to another.'
Kira tells you 'I would offer you the honor of pledging my future with scion once my work is done with the spire before Morius. He is a bit more, divinely aware, of my doings with Nalasul within the spire.'
You tell Kira 'I don't trust to Lady Nalasul, I've seen Her followers'
Kira tells you 'PLEASE don't compare me to Leuoa'
Kira tells you 'Lady Nalasul's followers are not the same. I follow the tenant of wisdom.'
You tell Kira 'Do the following : write a missive to me and Blind Lord and write about your desire to be a pledge'
Kira tells you 'Aye, I have been sincere with my desire. The path is right, Itzenxilaatl simply is too impatient.'
Kira tells you 'It is done, hopefully I don't regret this. But there is a sense to it.'
You tell Itzenxilaatl 'I hope Blind Lord will laugh a bit at her missive, especially when he'll know about the weapon'

Subject: Pursuit of Power and Pledge to Scion
Morius, we have met once, when you gave me the blessing. And before that, when the former
chancellor visited me as a Nightmare and sought I join the chasm.
You see all and know that I serve Lady Nalasul, under the tenant of wisdom, and so you know
I near completion in the list of tasks she sets before me, but the most critical are ahead
that will greatly aid in my path to power and make me more valuable to the scion.
Kithervroy has convinced me that my true limits would be higher among the Scion, but my
only disagreement is that the timing is not yet right. Know that before my ninth century I will
seek a place among the chasm and eagerly await my full potential and the dark secrets within.
Provost Kira
Kira tells you 'You have read the scroll?'
You tell Kira 'I have'
Kira tells you 'Aye'
You tell Kira 'I'll speak to Lord of Vices'
You tell Kira 'Soon'
***********Next day*************
Kira tells you 'Will you meet with me and consider fulfilling your side of the bargain?'
Kira tells you 'No treachery.'
You tell Kira 'I don't see the point of this meeting, price is the same until I speak with Blind Lord'
You tell Kira 'It's better for you if you meet Him before me'
Kira tells you 'You are straight forward. But I do believe even Morius wouldn't want you to delay if the scroll is sent and the promise made.'
Kira tells you 'You have already won in negotations where others could not.'
Kira tells you 'We can get back to fighting or not fighting on the terms you set. And the pledge will stand. Morius will not let such slip by him.'
You tell Kira 'Lord of Vices isn't blind even he's Blind Lord, but you can convince Him'
Kira tells you 'You are known for being as fair as you are fierce. Would you consider having this meeting if I still swore by to meet with him? For the exact purpose of the scroll pledge?'
Kira tells you 'Is there any knowledge I could trade you in addition to the pledge and scroll we agreed upon?'
You tell Kira 'Don't think so'
Kira tells you 'It was a fair ask. If you think of something, let me know.' |
