Rugged Foothills
  Here the foothills rise up high in to the air and then drop down just as
sharply. Rocks litter the ground ranging in size from small pebbles to rocks
larger then you. You can tell much of the landscape has been created by
rockslides. Small plants struggle to survive in these ever changing hills.
Mountains rise up to the sky all around you. This small canyon provides a
nice shelter from the open foothills but little else as it is rocky and
rocks continue to fall down in to it from the mountains around you. You
see the gatehouse of a castle to the west.  The only other way to continue
is to the foothills to the south.
