Anyone who can't answer the simple question of 'What strengths do you bring?', because they don't feel the need to 'judge themselves', can go away until they figure out how to answer a question.

You go to get a job, the guy doing the interview says 'What strengths do you bring to our company?' You say, 'Well sir, it's really not my place to tell you that.'

And yes, I'm fairly sure Pesaawkt, or whoever did your initial interview (and if you had such a horrible experience with the char, you should remember) definitely said you weren't Squire material because you refused to answer questions when asked. I tested her theory by asking you that, you refused, I said come back when you can find answers within yourself.
