It used to be that you could permalag people once you got the skill to 100% at rank 17. Now though, I consistently can't get the skill past 80% easily until ~level 40 and to be honest that was probably one of 5 times I permalagged someone. Poor watered down cheap shot. =(

Does the sucess rate of cheapshot go up with level? My cheapshots do not fire that often at all. ~
