Thanks for the help with the cloak. Would have taken me a while to figure that one out, since I was a little afraid to ask for help in case my item turned out to be limited and held by the likes of Satebos in order to thwart me. There was one other item I might never have found were it not locateable. A shifter located it for me in return for some advice about gear (which I suck at) and curatives (which I know a lot about -- only had to tell him about plague cures though). Luckily for me he knew where the room was too!
