and clean house. You find people dying uselessly? Boot them. Tell them the Light still
needs them but they are not respresenting the Fortress well enough to remain. People
talking stupid shit on the cabal channel? Boot them for not showing proper decorum
in the service of the Light.

etc etc.

Fortress really could use a very stern Marshal who keeps it lean and trim. That said it
could also use steady long term mortal leadership that could be a shining example of
what a Fortress member should be.

Fortress burns out its mortal leaders at a hell of a rate. Make a perma with peeps
who will also be hard ass and split the Marshall/Captain & Elder Prophet/Cardinal
roles.
