It's funny how a char like quiltell (no disrepect intended, this is just a casual observation) goes from average in pk to an absolute beast with one legacy and good PKers become great with it. But the imms seem to have too much pride to change it, so oh well.

It seems weird since they were pretty quick to change the Warcry legacy when it was uber powerful and was basically insta-kill power on a fire giant sword. Isn't stsf the same for high int/wis classes?
