I get practically everything dodged by anyone with over 23 dex. With around 40 hitroll usually. Most of the time an arial/elf dagger could enlarge and bash my giant to death if they had thought to try it. Granted, I'm not a great player. But in my experience with fighting 24/5dex people with 16dex, I get dodged and concealed for every attack.

EDIT: But yeah, a good flurry could basically rape an elf if you're wielding iron. You just have to get that entwine off.
