I fought bards and I can't say I started to own them once I land hamstring and hurl leg.
Plus it is not easy to hamstring at centurions, you have to start combat with it. I was fighting centurions and Paso was using a whip.
And what is more important, if we would do anything except bashing, then Kornuel will just distort us quickly and we die no matter what. And after all, distorted warrior against maledicted bard is worse option than non-distorted warrior against non-maledicted bard.

Ruhk did ok but not the best. The best for our purposes would be dirge and distort or even sleep (though it would be trickly in those circumstances). Damage would not help us to retrieve because imperials could leave and heal at the palace and still stop us from retrieval anyway (and also block us in the imperial lands with new centurions). But I can't blame her for singing damage after 2 distort attempts, if we would be more lucky with bashes we could drop Kornuel and have a chance to retrieve while Kostyan is lickling his wounds.
