When I am talking of one-on-one fight, I am talking of fights OUTSIDE cabals or any places where one of the parties will be in severe disadvantage (e.g. no-magic rooms, no-wilderness rooms for rangers, native terrains for rangers [unless agreed otherwise], etc).

Example, Zikaroz has challenged me for duel and even was so kind to let me choose the place (later on I found out that he had the whole set of elemental shields on him, but that doesn't matter, as we were NOT agreeing on him no having external help). And he had this solo fight.

Here I proposed you a solo fight. What I expect to hear on such proposal is:
Fine! Let's fight in Soandso place!

Instead I hear:
Fine!
And... nothing.
Should I assume you want to fight me in the room where I can't escape from (sect guard)?
Or do you wish to fight me in Throne room?
Or something like that?

So I just assume you are not serious and proceed with raid (raid is NOT supposed to be solo fight, sorry).

As you have noticed, I haven't used a single wand here. Which I most certainly would, if I was preparing for a solo fight.

Anyways, this is just the case of misunderstanding.
I am sorry you was disappointed. That wasn't my intention.
As I said both IC and in my goodbyes, I've respected you as an enemy.
