this was perfectly in line with parity rules... Assassin waited until Drrrinia was out to attack, but then the D came back and was hit, while assassin "accidentally" got attacked by the demon after fleeing around and kept it from raping the crap out of the arial. I'm sure Kehade would have lived if the assassin hadn't attacked right after D fled and distracted the servitors, but it is still within parity, according to the most literal, popular interpretation of it. Bleh behavior, though, I agree.
