Unless you are a goodie, in which case it might be a bit boring. None of them can even see you, except for the Tribunal and maybe the lich if he has the right item (not sure if phylacteries grant detect hidden). If you consider that list a "bad" one, I think you are either doing something wrong or you just don't enjoy stealing things.
