It does its job as an annoying little pest that can scratch and hit at you. In the air it is pretty nasty to the other birds but hell its a good perk to have for all the drawbacks.

Bards, vokers, most warriors, will rock it. Assassins can blind it with smoke. Many weaknesses.

Mongeese hit pretty hard plus all the other perks.

Give me an eagle or falcon for PK nastiness. Swooping down to a hurt foe and delivering a DEMOLISH or two before they quaff is alot better than a scratch before they swat you and walk off.
