I've tried to use it a number of times on people like defensive specs, paladins, etc. I've never seen it do a damned thing. EVER....they tell me it's not broken though.
On a side note, am I the only one who wants to smack that lowbie dwarf for being anywhere NEAR polite to an orc? I'd cut my own damned beard off!
