What I meant was, a lvl 1 Invoker casting earthquake can still get flagged, even if no one would get hurt by it.

The law specifically states "offensive area spells or harmful powers", it doesn't care whether or not they hit someone.

alansmithee 397 January 19, 2009 10:44AM

They can only do it on mobs, and I thought that was allowed?

WraithOfLight 365 January 19, 2009 11:07AM

They can assist criminals and attack guilds

daurwyn(VIP) 335 January 19, 2009 10:52PM

I've been wanted as a pre-PK character before..

Java 387 January 19, 2009 11:12AM

Yes, but that's far more direct law breaking than just stealing from some mob.

Area spells are illegal in the city. Doesn't matter if anyone gets hit by them. nt

Java 256 January 19, 2009 06:33PM

Area spells that cause damage, debuff, or KO people are illegal.
