There are other forms that can paralyze. Wasp and cobra may, for example.

Generally these forms won't do so very successfully, it is a rare occurrance. I'm confident that there will be a catch and if not it will be tweaked.

If it's a quest form then, meh, whatever. Kudos for getting the reward and I guess I can live with it being a one-off thing even if it means some con-loss for me.
