Sorta depends. Rager char? Extreme paranoia's no-where near as bad. Could be a lot more fun to roleplay it though. Personally, I'd go with transportation sickness as the worst ever. Pretty much guarantees you're going to die a half-dozen times in your life because of it, unless you're a non-mage, who has *NO* enemies with summon. *shudder*
