Various undead are vuln to various things (skeletons blunt, vampires light, wraith light, shade nothing) and so on). Area writers are able to modify that setting which is why some undead are vuln fire.
Like I said, I have no clue about mummies. The one I live with is vuln cooking, unfortunately...
