I'm really not one to dole advice on what is obviously a powerful character, but might be good to invest in some dex eq. Off the top of my head, cloak of woven silk (+3 dex, nonrare), gloves of quickling skin if you can find it, maybe a skin of the snowleopard. The cloaks and skin will give +9 dex straight off the bat. You have 1.5k hp - I don't think you'll lose out on a hp battle one on one with a rager who's primary abilities are to maledict.
