Empire squad with summoner enters eastern - you quaf out or run as fast as you can unless you are sure you can kick all their asses. Otherwise you'll be ganked shamelesly. Also, let's not forget that lich power comes from corpses. Also, nexus itself while can be used sometimes is the enemy to Empire phylosofy. Also, Ahtieli alone now shifts balance by the very fact of her logging in so nexuns have to hunt her(or her gankfriends - but that would give close to nothing to balance) if they want to fix things thus every nexun at her login time is enemy to any evil orderly char.
