I'm guessing it'll culminate when he exits hell. But who knows.

All we know is the giant has an aweful stench, is hated by every pit lord in hell, and is marked by the Devil himself.

There have been echoes for every level he's been kicked out off, starting with the Prince of Darkness deciding he didn't want him around.
