Energy drain twice, flee, heal at the healer, return for another two. Preferably summon him away from his pets and get where he can't sunray you.

Don't bother with sleeping him/her unless you're going to be able to summon him into a closed room and/or you have forget. Otherwise you're just wasting your time standing in the road.
