Having 23 str 22 dex 22 con make you the ideal warrior, with good hp, good strength and good dodge. couple this with detect hidden, resist poison and magic as well as acess to {youknowwho} gear, those are nifty perks. They aren't even afraid of water! It has always been a pet peeve of mine that they seem so much better than dwarves in every respect.
