Protection from evil and planar ward would go a long way here. Especially if you got some more hp gear. Also, I think you can flee, and have your angel re-engage. Or perhaps that's only if he targets the angel with some kind of attack like dirt kick or whatever. Perhaps wield an exotic to parry better if you're close to level 33.
