Village isn't at war with trib by all accounts.
villagers avoid killing non mages unless they are currently protecting mages, always going after said villager (then its defending yourself) or are marked hunted.
villagers who randomly go after and kill non mages that are in a cabal the village isnt at war with are terrible examples of village standards and i would boot their assess after a single warning
