I don't understand why, but this one is tenfold more annoying to me. Even though he doesn't loot and doesn't gank.
At least with you I knew you had to put effort in your wins, and Volkov seems like after perfecting his spells and stacking his wands he doesn't need to bother much because he can just blast everything right away and get no more than a few scratches.
