burns you on steal, knock out attempts, and a variety of other from the shadows with stealth type of things. Pretty sure burns up snares as well.
Lightning is anti people with metal weapons and high number of attacks (like groups of people or warriors/orcs)
earth is anti-ranger
slime is anti-whip spec
ice is anti-axe spec
winds is anti-kick + anti-trip
waves is water breathing + anti-mace
