effects of womp are 2 feinted attacks and some lag on the person you hit.

Hack can be targeted and has the following results
Head-> Loss of 50% of mana and massive penalty on mana regen (possibly some mental stat loss)
Arm-> Str/dex loss and similar effect to crunching kot in that you can't use your off hand
Chest -> I assume stat loss and bleeding
Leg-> dex loss, halves movement and adds lag to movement similar to crippling strike.

Note I could be off on the percents but its some form of loss for mv's and mana on head and leg.
