at level 35+ the only times I'm able to make any orcs run out of blood is when I have a healer buddy helping me. Orcs know that having lots and lots of skins is what makes them really deadly in the long run. I've never had any super successful orcs but the ones I did have had a pk ratio over one, and I absolutely never ever had less than 20 skins on me.
