and despite the fact that someone can leverage flurry to ungodly damage output in general most people blow with it. Either they don't have the skill perfected or simply don't do enough damage with it.

Though I must admit killing someone with full health with one flurry through sanc and protection was a lot of fun. The downside is that when you over gear for that kind of damage unless you get the super dooper leet set you have very little +str and saves. But as long as you still got those swords in your hand for the warcry flurry things are good.
