Hasted lobster throws 2 attacks per round of mangles, hasted tiger goes 4-5 attacks per round of demo. Tiger does way more than twice the damage. Lobster has the lagging pincer ability and innate damage reduction. The damage reduction is greatly reduced on land, to the point where its almost nonexistent. Finally, lobster has a massive, massive delay when walking around outside of water, its slow as hell and feels like you're walking on molasses.

tl;dr you'll find more use for exploring with lobster than PKing with it. Its just not very good on land, relative to the offensive and utility foci. The pincer ability is nice, but because lobster has less damage than most utility forms, you'll only really be using it to pincer when someone else is supplying the damage. On water its much harder to beat, because of the massive damage reduction added, and swimto pinch is nice. On the other hand, its also one of the weakest of the top tier water forms, just about every other top tier water form does a lot more damage.
