After you disarm/dirt/eyejab/strip someone they still can dodge and parry with their dual wielded weapon as effective. It removes flourintine of course and maybe even do some other bad things sometimes. But generally they will still be able to parry and dodge. And what is most important - you don't do anything else when you do this. For example you could just bash;flurry Mauz in the beginning instead and it would make him think twice if he really still wants to fight when he already has only 50% of hp. And lastly - your enemy isn't maladacted and isn't lagged. So anytime he looses weapon he can simply run away, heal somewhere and come back later. Some people don't like to loose their weapons and may become agressive because of this.

The only time when disarm/dirt/eyejab/strip looks nice is against people who wield polearm, don't have hth spec and don't have dodge skill (i mean they have 21 dex or less). This way they can simply loose all their hps really fast - maybe even in just 2 rounds.

P.S. Unless you have average dex or wis and above average dex or wis and space legacy of course :)
